Friendly, professional but we are severely disappointed in our purchase. Shortly after signing and driving home the engine warning light came on. We took the vehicle to a technician for a diagnostic check and he reported a repeaed misfire on cylinder 4. We then took the vehicle to a auto repair shop for full inspection and just doing the strongly recommended repairs our repair bill is about $4,500.00 of undisclosed problems. Coolant system failure, drive line wear, plugs and coils, transfer case fluid, transmission fluid, multiple seals leaking, shocks leaking. Inline Motors stepped up and diagnosed warnings, fixed all problems, totally worked on our vehicle and returned it to us. Very happy with how they and Cameron stepped up for us!!

I had a great overall experience with inline motors, from start to end. I requested certain things to be done to the truck before I purchased. They followed through and remedied everything I asked for. A great company to deal with!

My daughter wanted to get a used Toyota truck, but had a small budget as she is a student. We looked at and test drove about 7 trucks from Puyallup to Marysville. We ended up purchasing a truck from In-Line Motors. A huge shout out to Teagan who was friendly, respectful, not pushy, and did a great job matching his selling style to our needs. Sometime after she bought it, my daughter brought the truck in to have something looked at. Teagan and the team at In-Line Motors let her use a loaner car while the shop checked it out. They provided the necessary parts and service at a deeply discounted cost. I am grateful to the team at In-Line motors because my daughter is alone up in Seattle (we live in San Diego). She will definitely be a repeat customer. Sorry this was a long one, but it is not often one has such a good experience buying a used car.

Had a good time working with Inline Motors. They were willing to pick me up from the local ferry stop, and in the vehicle I was interested in so I could test drive it. Any questions, comments or concerns they worked with me on and took care of everything that came up. Teaghan, Kam and AJ were all a great help and Trevor made the paperwork portion a breeze.
